Return Eligibility
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie products, returns are only accepted in specific cases to ensure hygiene and product safety.
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be intact
- Proof such as photos or videos of the issue may be required
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or damaged after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective:
- Lingerie sets
- Babydoll dresses
- Bikini sets
- Nightwear
- Any intimate apparel that has been used or opened
Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved, we may offer a replacement product of the same item depending on availability.
If the same item is not available, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The replacement item is not available
- The order cannot be fulfilled
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
